... when to hire us ...
• If you don't like the look of your exterior wood.
•If it's been more than 2 years since you have cleaned and preserved your exterior wood.
• If you have debris between or on the boards; this can cause the boards and substructure to start rotting if left unaddressed.
• If you noticed growth, like fungus, mildew or moss on the surface or bottom of the deck or other wood; this is the beginning of rot and must be cleaned and treated immediately.
• If there is moisture remains present on the wood near plants, because of sprinklers or for any reason; this will cause growth that will damage the wood.
